Return and Refund Policy

At Maternityshoots, we take pride in delivering memorable experiences and beautiful moments through our photography services. However, we understand that sometimes plans can change. This policy outlines our guidelines on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Booking Cancellations

  • To confirm your booking, a 33% advance payment of the total package amount is required.
  • Out of this advance, ₹1000 is strictly non-refundable, as it is immediately allocated towards reserving resources including the makeup artist, gown rental studio, and photography team for your selected date.
  • If you cancel at least 7 days before the shoot date, the remaining amount (after deducting the non-refundable ₹1000) will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the session may not be eligible for a refund, as time and resources are exclusively reserved for your shoot.
  • No cancellation is allowed once the gown sanitization process has started.

2. Rescheduling

We’re happy to reschedule your session once, free of charge, if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Short-notice rescheduling requests (within 48 hours) may be subject to an additional fee.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already delivered (e.g., completed shoots, editing work, or delivered photos).

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.

  • Custom or special session packages involving advance planning or third-party bookings.

  • The non-refundable token amount of ₹1000 as mentioned above.

In the case of exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies), refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion.

4. Digital Deliverables

Once edited photos or videos have been delivered, they are non-refundable.

We ensure every image is crafted with care, and minor revision requests are usually accommodated within the scope of the agreed package.

5. Payment Method & Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, we will process it using your original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Physical Deliverables (if applicable)

If you have ordered physical items such as albums or printed photos:

  • These are custom-made and therefore non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • In case of damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with supporting photos.
