Final Payment Details: The remaining balance for your package is due on the day of the photoshoot, immediately after the session concludes. We accept payments via GPay, Paytm, or NEFT for your convenience.
Accessing Your Raw Images: Once the final payment is cleared, we will share a private download link to your unedited, raw images via email. You can then view these high-resolution images on a laptop or desktop computer.
Important—Image Download Window: The download link for your raw images will remain active for 15-20 days. We strongly advise you to download and create a backup of all images within this timeframe, as the link will expire thereafter.
Selecting Your Favourites for Editing: From the raw images, you will choose the final set of portraits for artistic editing as per your package. Please organize your selected file names and send them back to us in a single compressed (zipped) folder.
Delivery of Your Artistically Edited Portraits: Your beautifully edited, high-resolution digital portraits will be delivered to you via a secure download link within 15-20 business days after we receive your final selections.
Delivery Timeline for Photobooks: If your package includes a photobook, please allow 20-25 business days for professional design, printing, and delivery after your final edited images are approved.
